Accused anticipatory bail was dismissed and his quash petition was dismissed. Now the accused seeks another anticipatory bail and i have gone for intervener petition. Accused is a influential person. I AM FEMALE 50 YEARS HEART PATIENT FROM KARAIKAL (PONDY).I ISSUED A SIGNED UN FILLED CHEQUE TO ILLEGAL FINANCE PERSON IN KARAIKAL. ONE TOTALLY UNKNOWN PERSON FROM KANCHIPURAM FILLED A CASE IN KANCHIPURAM COURT THAT HE GAVE ME 3,00,000 INR AND THE CHEQUE IS RETURNED FROM SBI DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUND.
