I have not seen the copy of my father's will. My 3 elder brothers have decided the property share among themselves Both my parents are not there We all are married My mother died intestate I received summons regarding my father's pension and locker According to my brothers my father has written 5 lac in my name in a will They are ready to give me 30 lac What should I do

You have full right to challenge the same in court. But there will be a difficulty. If you are disputing the Will of your father then we will have to work on some thing.
