Q: Change in Child's birth certificate

My child Aayush was born on 11 July 2023. In the birth certificate, my wife’s (child's mother) name has been wrongly entered as “Mayuri Piyush Yawalkar.” Her correct legal name is “Mayuri Kishor Atre.”This mistake happened during hospital registration.My name Piyush Anil Yawalkar The municipal corporation is refusing to correct it, saying only minor spelling changes are allowed.Can the Registrar legally correct this type of error (wrong parent name)

Hello,You should make a written application to the concerned head of department If they do not rectify this error then to the commissioner of municipal corporation If that also does not work then in my opinion appropriate writ should be filed before HCFor additional information/guidance feel free to contact me.

Q: SOCIETY SWITCHING OFF LIFTS AS AND WHEN THEY WANT

I am nephew of owner (gratituous licencee), staying for 15 years in Pune society. Owner is in Australia and currently she isn't even able to speak.Whenever there is a power outage in the society during daytime, the society committee orders the security guard to switch off generator, citing fuel wastage, but lift and security cameras are also attached to generator and they too go off.When requesting to security guards, they ask me to approach society's committee members to get lift started

Q: Land registration, cheque bouncing

Agriculture land was purchased through agency. We , buyers paid to agency and agency have given cheque to seller. The sale deed was registered in register office and 7/12 was issued after All procedure. Now the seller,after 4 years send us notice that the deal is fraud and he will cancel the registration because 2 out of 4 cheques were bouncedWhat we can do?

Q: How To Proove Husband Drugs Consumption In Court In 498(A) Case

Husabmd is a drugs a habitual one so i claimed in mainteamce case so in reply he has said that she is tellung lie let her proof about it, so i dont have any photo of him. So how can i prove it in court. Can i ask Coury to let him go under medical test so proof will be come, or. When they were applied fr bail he was send to Rehab centre, so tyey got bail so. Can i say to court that during investigation, he was send to rehab and IO is having rehab certificate , they have not disclosed. So pls help me how can i probe this in court as symptoms of his are he goes in delusion, hallucinations. Way
