You can apply for divorce individually on the grounds of cruelty but you are required to prove such mental tortures and physical cruelties before the court. Regarding alimony, you can get for which you have to procure title documents of your husband's properties and his income structure. Important thing you needs to decide is the custody of your two daughters, think before you proceed.

Even the divorce granted by the court is judicially declaring your marriage was not valid. But it will not seperate you both unless you both seperated because of difference of opinion. Q: Not getting respect in the hospital what to do

Hi..I'm working as a nurse in govt sector..Last Friday I was writing my account works, a doctor came there and sat in a chair beside me..Then a junior doctor who came with him asked me to stand up ..I said Im writing so I can't ...The senior doctor had no problem and after he left later the junior doctor and my Superior nurses started threatening me for not standing up ....I don't know whether the government has any rule that a nurse should not sit beside a doctor...Or can someone demand respect like this??? Thanks for yr response in advance

Advocate V. Veeraragavan answered
you can give a complaint to your Dean or HOD, regarding that junior Dr. is harassing or teasing you. If the management has not taken any steps then you can issue a legal notice saying these and these acts/happenings to you are not correct and which are harassment to a women worker. If you don't like the job then you take it aggressively or if you want to stick with that job pls take it smoothly. in every hospital or clinic this will happen. so take your call.
