Q: File mutual divorce and widraw all cases and settlement

In mediation I decide to give money to get out of this. Now mediator said half amount DD to be submitted by my me after that she will widraw all cases and file mutual divorce and then rest half at the time of divorce. What things/ clauses to be remember by me at the time of divorce so she can not claim anything in future or no new case will be file against me and my family and how when I give the complete money to her.

First of all you should ask her to end the case filed by her, after that you should file a divorce case by mutual consent in the family court and the money, goods etc. given by you should be mentioned in that case and words like lump sum maintenance should be written in it and only half the money should be given first through demand draft, in this way you can easily divorce your wife.

Q: Final Report filed but no case number after compromise

Police filed Final Report in my FIR after both parties reached a compromise outside court.in 2022 No trial case number was registered in the court. I need a certified copy of the Final Report for my records for passport verification. Should I mention only the FIR number on the certified copy application form, or do I need to find a case number first? How can I trace it if no case number exists?
