Q: Co-operative Housing society not responding to Flat Owner request

Can I take action against co operative housing society for responding to flat owner message, emails?\n\nThey are not fixing common floor light since last 2-3 months even after requesting multiple times over email, WhatsApp Group and personal too.

File a complaint before DDR as per the provision under co-op societies act. DDR will pass orders against the committee and the committee has to obey the order of DDR. DDR will suspend the committee and appoint an authorised officer and declare the election.

Q: How to recover stamp duty from bank

Home loan aggriment cancelled but refunding of stamp duty yet not done 3 month crossed. What is system to to get stamp duty in custemer account of bank

Are you from Maharashtra State?If yes, there are procedure for recover of stamp duty from online portal. Go through this, www.igrmaharashtra.gov.in.It will take 10 days and amount will refund in bank account.

A vendor selected for installing CCTV security system in our co-op housing society is not honouring his commitment despite having been paid 80% of quotation value as per terms agreed upon. What are our options

Dear client, Send him recovery notice by advocate and file suit in consumer court or in the civil court for recovery of amount. If you are in mumbai file summery suit against him in small cause court.

Q: Luggage carried by an acquaintance is not returned to me, what to do

I had requested an acquaintance of me to carry my luggage with gift items/electronics (i have all bills) to India from abroad. Now the person is not returning my items and doing all sort of drama/lies. I have been requesting her politely but of no use. I managed to contact her directly through a local friend but she is ignoring and not ready to talk. Further, she is making false obligations that i am harassing her. I guess easy way to distract and escape. I have always been polite. How should i proceed ? Can i get any legal support especially me not being in her location ? And what if she files a false complaint against me. What should i do ?

Dear client, you can file police complaint against her, at the time of police complaint you have to produce proper evidence to the police officer. The complaint should be filed on or before her complaint.

My one property in Mumbai at Malad East .this property purchase my father in 1988 after that my parents death in 2000 .my uncle transfer name in 2007 by illegal .what I can do please gauide me.

Dear Client, as per transfer of property act no one can have right of property of others without his consent in righting of the owner or after death of owner his / her legal heir. After death only legal heir can have right to take possession of that property after taking proper succession certificate from court.
