Dear Sir/Madam,Here is a pointwise reply to your query, namely:-1. You can surely file petition for divorce on ground of domestic violence under section 13(1)(ia) of The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. However, before you consider filing for divorce you should explore other options such as judicial separation.It is only after you have finally decided to file for divorce that you should really proceed in that direction. The time it will take may vary from case to case. Though normally a case can take about two to three years.2. Panchayat does not have the jurisdiction to pass a decree for divorce. 3. The first step for obtaining divorce is to file a petition for divorce in the District Court. Q: Help regarding loan insurance policies
I took a loan amt around 37 lacs , to construct a guest house ,It was yet under construction , but due to a land slide , a big rock bumped over the infrastructure and it collapsed,I wanna know if my loan was insured then do i have to pay back the loan ?? As it collapsed due to land slide ,And the bank states they have not insured the loan, so whose responsiblity it is to do insurance of the loan?It was agriculture and rural development bank himachal's branchKimdly tell me :1. Is the bank responsible for not insuring my loan?.2. If it was negligence of bank for not insuring loan, then am i to pay that loan?

Hi! Please refer the documents issuing loan. If possible take help of a good advocate. Only after analysing the documents it will be possible to come to any conclusion. Also, if the landslide was due to fault of government's negligence or due to some private individual's fault case for compensation from can be made.
