Q: Procedure to file divorce from my wife

Dear all, i m in big problem about my family (wife) , which is not good, she is depression pasent before my marriage but use me very poor to poor languae to me, my father mother even her family , also force to me if u go in police then we will also pushing your all family for dorry etc (apko ur teri puri famly ko police walo se marwayge pure famliy ko jail karwayeg , meri wfie ghar se bhag jatti h , sucide ki dhamki deti h , beti ko mar daulgi ya beti ko annath ashram m dal dugi , agr m apne father ko check karwane hospital lekar jau to bolti h ki kyu karwata h tu check unko etc.... kya kru

You can file divorce petition before that you have to provide counseling to your wife because it is easy to break up than to continue. If you are of the opinion that you have to give her a chance otherwise you can file divorce petition.

Q: Legal action for causing grievous hurt against mother by neighbors

my mother live only in house at village but some of our neighbors try to dug land near my house my mother ask them about , but they attack on my mother with sticks and digging tools we call near police station police reached at spot and police took my mother nearby hospital for medical but they refer to another hospital as per situation but 8 days had passed no complete medical is done and no action take place by police . now on this situation what we do . for a justice.

Make an application to the concerned Superintendent of Police for lodging Fir and if no fir lodged by the police than make an application to the judicial magistrate of concerned area under section 156(3)CrPC.
