Q: Builder doing fraud by not completing construction and not giving rent
I have a property in kolkata which was handed to builder for construction. As per agreement the builder was supposed to hand over the project 2 years from sanction plan which was supposed to be Apr 2025.We waited another 6 months till Oct 2025 but the construction remains incomplete. Further the builder has stopped paying rent of shifting from Nov onwards and not doing anything at all.Please suggest as how to get the job done and get the possession and rents.
