Hello,I need legal advice regarding my resignation and notice period.I resigned on 17th July 2025.Revoked my resignation on 18th July 2025.On 14th August 2025, I reconfirmed my resignation.My notice period is 45 days.I want to be relieved on 31st August 2025 as I have a new offer and must join the new organization on 1st September 2025.I also have 10 days of paid leave balance, which I requested to adjust against the notice period.Despite this, my management is insisting I serve the full notice till the end of September.Kindly guide me if I can legally be relieved earlier (through leave adjustment or notice pay) and what remedies are available under Indian labour law.Thank you,
