it's depends on fact of the case but I advised that don't Go to quashing in high court because in high court lots of pendency and others causes time to hearing almost three to four years and that's uncertain better way to face the trial before JMFC and it completed within six months from starting the hearing. and in trial proceedings definitely end in acquittal.
