Q: What to do if ex-girlfriend has filled false case
Hi, My friend ans his girlfriend was in relationship for few of the year now she has married to another guy but she's still contacting to my friend and unfortunately he had replied and had conversations with her. Now her husband has checked her messages and he forced her to file a complaint against him and she did the things as her husband says. Now police has charged my friend with section 354d & 151. We have released him on bail but another party pulling this matter to court. And police will be making challan in few days. Please suggest what do we need to do. He is in his early age of life and due to this his career will be going to spoil. Please help
