Can advocate get Birth Certificate or Driving Licence through RTI without my consent? If it is illegal what shall I do further to stop him getting further documents of mine through RTI?

Information can be sought under RTI. however, if information relates to thrid party then authority is bound to imform that person for his concent under section 11 of the right to information act. provided information sought for is confidential.
Q: Job application rejected because of late submission of documents
I have applied in GPSC 2016 for post of Assistant Professor and they have published a list of document verification in second list but not sent me any letter for last date of submission. After that they have given call me in my personal no. as saying we have sent you letters many time but no one received so please come and provide your documents. i went then GPSC and submitted my doqs and taken receiving but now they have rejected on ground of late submission. So i am looking for the best advice on this issue.I Please help me if possible help earliest posssible. Thanks

if you have cleared all the examination conducted by GPSC and passed through including interview as well, then you can make a representation to the GPSC to consider the case. if case is not considered you can approach the high court by way of writ petition seeking relief. the ground would be technicalities should not come on the way if otherwise you are fit for the job

From the question it is not clear whether the wife has asked or husband. however, divorce and custody of child are two different issues. there are settled laws that the custody of child below the age of 10 is to be given to the mother as she can be the best care taker. unless it is proved that the mother is not fit for the purpose. divorce can be claimed on different grounds. if you are wife you can claim temporary custody of child in the domestic violence act proceedings.
