my tenant is not vacating the tenanted premises. his rate of rent is Rs. 3500/. what i will do?

You can evict your tenant via claim to the court. So if he isn't paying a rent you can collect his debt. Firstly you have to wright a claim to your tenant. In that claim you have to ask him to vacate your property or you will go to the court to protect your rights and give him 10 - 15 days to vacate your property. If hi won't vacate it, you can wright a claim to the court. Right now I can't help with it because I don't know where are you from, but if you will give me more detailed information I can do it.
