Q: Is it monetarily benificial to sell land to government or individual

We have a 3 acers of land near a village which is not under corporation and the land is 5 to 6 km near to big city. My dad said we should sell it now because in future the land will be acquired by government and they will offer less value than now. I would like to have full knowledge about my land and future plans of government. Whom should i contact and it is a good idea to sell it now...?

The false information is given to you father, no land is acquired forcebaly by government, only the government acquired for special purposes like dam, channel, or any national highway, if acquired they will give you compensation, you should not sell the land now you can get more prices in future, for further details call me nine four four eight two two two seven nine seven

Hi sir my grandfather ( my mother's father ) expired on 17 April 2018 his property is undivided but his sons are not agreeing to provide my mother her share I heard that it is mandatory to file an appeal regarding this in the court within 90 days is it true if so what can I do now

No, not necessary to file with in 90 days, even you can file an application before the revenue authority, to enter your mother name as his legal heirs of ur grand father, and u can approach the court also

Q: Grandson's right to claim share in grandfather's property without will

My grandfather died in 1984. ( My mother's father). He left agricultural property without Will. Now, I don't my mother, she was the first daughter to grandfather. He has got 3 daughters & 1 son. Now can sue the portion of my share of the property. Please advise

Yes you can claim your rights in ancestors property, and its dependent upon legal heir cetagury, how much share you get, even you can file suit for partition, for that not required any will, it's your right to claim

Q: How to buy an agricultural land without running RTC

Basically am from karntaka,I am planning to buy a agricultural land ,10 years before we had agri land but we sold it ,So right now we don't have running RTC, many are telling it is required at the time of registration,our ancestors from agricultural background but they are no more,Kindly tell me what is the way to buy agri land legally?
