I married on special marriage act on 2019. My wife re married without notice me on 2022 on court.I have second marriage certificate & other documents as proof.My question is how to file a complaint how & where ?under Sec 494 & 495.

It means the case has been disposed in your absence. You can file a petition U/s- 126 (2) crpc to set aside the ex parte order which can be passed in your favour with a direction to pay a certain amount as cost.
