Q: Mfa in high court pending since last 4 years. What to do ?
my mfa for divorce pending since 4 years in high court bangalore.early hearing application was allowed last feb 2016. so got approx 20 dates.i eagerly wait from morning to evening with my old age father.but case never reached.they even do not move case up on the list.when filed an application to hear it again judged penalised me by delaying my case for 3 months instead of hearing it.and now again it is listed and not reaching.kindly let me know what should i do in this case as for namesake only it is being listed since last 6 months.

The courts are very keen in disposing the matrimonial matters at the earliest. In your query you have complained about the delay that has caused in hearing the matter. Pleading the urgency or opting Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) would be the best choice to end the dispute depending on the merits of the case.
Q: Police wants to transfer 498a case to delhi as FIR is in Delhi
F.I.R is registered. Inquiry is going on.Now Police is telling they want to visit Delhi as well because many incidence happened their before I came to bangalore and also they are telling they will transfer the case to Delhi specially 498a.Iam resident of Bangalore and not feeling safe to go delhi. On the top few case I'll fight from bangalore and one from Delhi it is also a harrassment for us. Many section they are not including in chargesheet e.g 406.. my streedhan is with in-laws. Kindly suggest what to do?

There are several remedies to overcome youy query and you need not go to Delhi though several incidents happened in Delhi. You can claim reliefs from the Bangalore. There is a remedy to get back your streedhan from your in-laws.
Q: What remedy do I have if my husband is harassing me
Sir, In july 2016 i had filed a 498A case against my husband and this was quashed in high court when me and my husband arrived at compromise. My husband provided an affidavit in which he stated that he will not repeat his behaviour and will continue living with me in future without giving any scope for physical violence. The judge in his order stated this can be revoked if he repeats his mistake. I went back home with him. Two months after this he has started to behave like before and upon questioning me he has put me out of the house and snatched the house keys too. I am now living with my parents and have no idea what i can do next legally. Need your advice.

Firstly a legal notice can be issued and later criminal action can be initiated by filing complaint again not under section 498A and there are suitable remedies which can be dealt after taking necessary instructions from ur side.

Hi lawyers, i need your help desperately, this is regarding my daughters marriage she is in love with a guy even he is in love , everything was fine, they were supposed to come and meet my family for further discussion on marriage but all of a sudden the guys mother said no to this marriage and has changed the guys mind also by emotional blackmail, in the meantime my relatives all know that my daughter likes someone and will be getting married to that guy only but recent events in the guys family has left my daughter devastated, the guy is not ready for register marriage also because of his mom, now she is finding a gal for him in their relatives both of us are Christians i am worried about my daughters future i don't no what will happen, as per law what can be done to make sure this guy gets married to my daughter i cannot find another guy also because everyone in my relatives knows about this, please help, thank you very much.
