Q: Contract but not court marriage

I would like to make a mutually agreed upon contract with my partner, which will be very similar to court marriage, but since it will be difficult to hide that from our family, we we want to make a strong marrage like contact until we officially get married. Is it possible to do something legally, and how valid will it me in the legal court after notary of the said document? We are trying to work on it asap.

You can do registered marriage under the Special Marriage Act. notary marriage is not valid. Both partners visit the Lawyer then apply for registration with basic details and signature, after 30 days of waiting, you and your partner can choose any date to get married before the registrar with three adult witnesses with valid I'd proof, and after 7 days of confirmation your registration you will get valid marrige certificate. This is the valid process not notary agreement or stamp paper marriage contract.

Q: Violation of building norms by neighbour

Complain has been already filed against my neighbour for violating the building norms and disrupting my entrance on hearing by the municipality, came in my knowledge that they don't even have a valid plan but still the corporation has not taken any action against them.

Since you have already filed a complaint and the neighbor doesn't possess a valid sanctioned plan,the municipal authority is duty bound to take action. You can submit fresh representation demanding immediate action, apply for RTI to create a record of inaction and if the corporation still fails to act then you can file an appropriate complaint under criminal procedure law, civil injunction or a writ petition for municipal inaction. The law doesn't permit construction without a valid plan, and obstruction of your entrance is legally actionable. Thank you.
