Q: Cheque suit against me by my friend...description is mention below

My friend has filed a case against me for bouncing a cheque of Rs 1 lakh...I received the demand notice on 10th March...today 15 days are completing...there has been a huge loss in my business and I am not in a position to return the money right now. What to do now..please give any solution..

You should contest the case because you will obtain more time to settle the matter and case run 2,3 years and i think it is sufficient for you for settlement sometime result of case be positive and you may be free from such liabilities without paying amount

Q: Can I leave dental college without paying entire fee

So I'm in college in Punjab . They are asking to pay for entire course if I leave , I haven't signed any bond affidavit. On asking they say it is written in university prospectus.The line from the prospectus is 'If any student leaves the course midway within 2 years he has to pay full course fee'.Am I bound to follow this . Is there any way I can leave without paying.Plz enlighten me as it causing mental health issues. Coz this field is too stressful for me .

No need to pay entire fees you should simply leave the college and if they insist for paying entire fees course you will ask the written demand before paying then we proceed in consumer court if you need any help you can freely contact me

Q: Guidance Needed: 420 FIR Settlement i Other Party Refuses Court Appear

I am involved in a 420 FIR case, and we agreed to settle by paying money. I am planning to pay in two installments, In bank cheque but the other party insists on full payment and agree to give or sign compromise agreements. But if after getting whole amount and even signing agreement and refuses to appear before the court . The charge sheet hasn’t been filed yet. And another thing should I approach the Magistrate or the High Court to quash the FIR.

At what stage the case is standing, if case is at the stage of evidence and other parties agree with then you will not to move High court to bear extra cost you simply turn the witness hostile and result in acquittal. If other party is not cooperative with you then you should move to high court for quashing
