Q: Legal action to punish boy for making false promises to girl for sex
A married but separated lady has friendship with unmarried man. After some months he promised to marry her. With this promise she accepted to sex. Nearly one they have sex and she aborted three times. Now he did not accept to marry her. He threatened to upload the filmed porno of her. She complains at women police station, but rejected. Are there any chance to file case against the culprit

Yes this amount to cheating and if the woman police are not talking up the complaint she can send the complaint to higher police officers who will take appropriate action if this also fails then court is the remedy.

If a girls commit suicide without leaving note that who is reason for her death will the guy punish without her suicide note .. If not if her parents complaint without any note then will he get punishment?

No,the station House officer may take the complaint lodged by the parents of the girl against the boy,but,abetment has to be proved under section 306 of IPC. However, the charges against the accused .must be in the court court of Law.
