Q: Removal of Mobile Number from Bank Account
SirI was working in a PSU Bank and I was supposed to get arrear salary on 01.06.2021.However, on the very same day the bank has removed my mobile number from my salary account as a result of which I am unable to withdraw money.I would like to know can this be an incident where can I proceed against the bank U/s 116,119,120B,166,167,418 rw 34 IPC. I just deeply searched online. I am not a lawyer.Kindly advice.Thank You

in your case some other X also liable for the as because it is a bank and you are the employee of the said thank you have got the damage from the side is if your mobile number was intentionally to remove from your account number mobile number send many many types of cases filed against bank and their bank is liable for the sun also a consumer cases filed in the bank and bank will pay all the deuce including the fine for no read about this case an offence under section final code is not in a good condition in your case as which bank has some sort of personnel including your manager was conducting the case
Q: Section U/s13(2)r/w13(1)(d)/7 of PC Act 1988
One person was appointed in medical department in contractual basis through agreement for eleven month. But he caught by trapping in eligation of his co- employee. But my question is that in which day he was trapped, his agreement was not renewed in that day whether he was count as public servent or not ? When in case of civil matter if any agreement is over by date than that agreement has no legality for both party .kindly give me some suggestions above this matter.

in PC act the person who is under section a public servant in this case the public servant is no more in his love for his not counted as a public servant so he is no way concerned about official if otherwise offence under section IPC is made out and the accused is face on the same under section some Act of IPC is connected with PC act no PC act is applicable for him
