Q: Removal of Mobile Number from Bank Account

SirI was working in a PSU Bank and I was supposed to get arrear salary on 01.06.2021.However, on the very same day the bank has removed my mobile number from my salary account as a result of which I am unable to withdraw money.I would like to know can this be an incident where can I proceed against the bank U/s 116,119,120B,166,167,418 rw 34 IPC. I just deeply searched online. I am not a lawyer.Kindly advice.Thank You

in your case some other X also liable for the as because it is a bank and you are the employee of the said thank you have got the damage from the side is if your mobile number was intentionally to remove from your account number mobile number send many many types of cases filed against bank and their bank is liable for the sun also a consumer cases filed in the bank and bank will pay all the deuce including the fine for no read about this case an offence under section final code is not in a good condition in your case as which bank has some sort of personnel including your manager was conducting the case

Q: Question regarding after divorce conditions in law

My sister is a govt School Teacher and his husband does nothing and is about to start a IOCL fuel station in his land and also he has many agricultural land property in his name.My question is.. if my Sister files divorce petition because of dowry torture and harassment, then will she have to pay compensation money to his husband after divorce?Please mention the after divorce condition in law for the above matter.

is for husband wife son judgements of Supreme Court benefits for the husband where the status is less than a wife then the wife is mental harassment but in this case the husband have some landed property and IOCL pump in his land so he get definitely a better wife so in this in this case the sister of the concerned applicant should not we give any maintenance to his husband

Q: Section U/s13(2)r/w13(1)(d)/7 of PC Act 1988

One person was appointed in medical department in contractual basis through agreement for eleven month. But he caught by trapping in eligation of his co- employee. But my question is that in which day he was trapped, his agreement was not renewed in that day whether he was count as public servent or not ? When in case of civil matter if any agreement is over by date than that agreement has no legality for both party .kindly give me some suggestions above this matter.

in PC act the person who is under section a public servant in this case the public servant is no more in his love for his not counted as a public servant so he is no way concerned about official if otherwise offence under section IPC is made out and the accused is face on the same under section some Act of IPC is connected with PC act no PC act is applicable for him

I am interested to 2 nd marriage for my handicraft sister but my divorce case is not complete.what can I do??

event manager handicapped battle to get any maintenance from her husband as because she is the second wife not maintainable in the eye of law section under section 9 Hindu act and under section CrPC is not maintainable so he is no way intended to get any benefit from her husband only the child's who are biggerton from the second wife only get the maintenance from their fathers
