Q: About Cross Examination in court stage

Can i ask questions to opposition party without lawyer in cross examination stage ?and how to get permission for asking the question? because i know about all facts and what kind of take care asking question?

Advocate Rani Sonawane answered
After the appointment of lawyer you can't question to the respondent or other party if you want to ask some question you have to take permission from the hon court.without lawyer you can ask questions to the opposition party, it means without appointment of a lawyer you can take the cross of opposition party. For that you have to take permission from the Honorable Court. It means you have to request to judge that you want to contest your own case and you need lawyer then judge will give you permission to contest your case and then you can take cross of your opposition party. If you already appointed a lawyer then you cannot ask questions to opposition party. At that time you give list of questions to your lover also your lawyer will ask your questions on behalf of you. examination is very difficult different so it is my suggestion you please give your question list to your lawyer let your lawyer ask the questions. If you contest your own case whithout a lawyer then it is very risky so you have to appoint lawyer and give your questions list to him/ she will do his job well ..
