आप दीवानी न्यायालय में एक हुकुम इंजंक्शन सूट प्रस्तुत करें और न्यायालय से अनुतोष की याचना करें करें कि जब तक उस भूमिका पर्याप्त मूल्य हम वादी गण को प्रतिवादी गण अदा न कर देवें तब तक हमारी भूमि में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी निर्माण न करें और ना ही आपको उससे विधि विरुद्ध ढंग से बेदखल करें या उससे वंचित करें न्यायालय में जब आपका वाद प्रस्तुत हो जाएगा तो प्रतिवादी गण को माननीय न्यायालय के द्वारा नोटिस भेजी जावेगी और उनसे जवाब मांगा जावेगा अगर विपक्षी गढ़ न्यायालय द्वारा निर्धारित समय सीमा के अंतर्गत अपना जवाब प्रस्तुत नहीं करते हैं तो माननीय न्यायालय के द्वारा आपके पक्ष में आदेश पारित कर दिया जावेगा और जो भूमि उन लोगों के द्वारा आपकी कब्जा कर ली गई है उसका मूल्य प्रदान करने हेतु न्यायालय द्वारा आदेश पारित कर दिया जावेगा

Revenu entries are not a document of title you can file a civil suit for will cancilation and injunction in Civil court on behalf of wido are you in possion on land if you are in possin civil court can grant injunction over the disputed land in favour of you

Q: Plot registered and mutation done but dealer is not giving possession

Sir, I have purchased plot in Defense Mega City Project before 03 years. My plot number is E-69 & E-70. Registry and mutation has been completed but this plot has been taken over by another builder Dream City. I am regular calling or try to meet with dealer  but he is not giving any response. I have taken bank loan and paying EMI for this plot. Please resolve my matter.

Leagly you are the owner of the plot you can say him to deliver the actual possession over the plot if possession is not given by him then you can file a civil suit against him to deliver the possession

Q: No payments made since two years by government officer

I am a office equipment supplier. For last two years I have a payment pending in a government department. I have written letters, sent bills asking to clear the dues but no payment has been made since two years. What legal action can I take against the responsible officer? Please explain the process and estimated expenses I would have to bear.

You can give a leagle notice to chair person for clear all dues and give him 1 month for clear all dues if after 1month no any responce from department then you can file a suit for recovery of your all dues
