It will take 6 months to 1 year to finish this appeal. It can be filed within two to three days after finishing draft. The seat petition is to be filed for staying the lower court order, it should be filed along with appeal petition.

I am planning to buy property in Chennai. Property is inherited property from the owner to his legal heirs(2 Sons and 1 daughter). Elder son is residing in abroad. He gave power to his son vetri. However, you cannot buy the property using only the signatures of the younger son and daughter.Because this is inherited property, the elder son is an equal shareholder. His share must be conveyed either by his own physical signature on the final sale deed, or through a legally valid, registered POA holder executing it on his behalf.
