I purchased an iPhone 14 pro on dated 22 jan 2023 but just after using of 24 days it shown green lin on screen and display got shut off, registered case in apple support and submitted phone at service centre but after one month of mentally harrassing they refused my case and blamed me you have made some unauthorised modification in the phone and if you want to replace your device you have to pay full cost of the phon which I paid the time of buying 123000 rs. and returned my phone back.

File a case in the district consumer court, and in relief include all the expenses including cost of the device and also claim damages for mental harassment. Before filing keep all the original documents including bill and a copy of communication with the customer support.

There's a house property in mother's name. Having 4 brothers and a sister. The eldest brother has expired who has three living children, one son and two married daughters. The eldest son amongst three is not cooperating to sell the property. How can the matter be settled if everyone except the elder brother's is not cooperating.

file for a partition suit in the Civil court, otherwise the sale can be declared void at later stage or you all can sell your share in the concerned property leaving his father's share, then he won't have to take his consent

we married in Feb 2021 and separated in Nov 2021, she almost took money around 9.5 lakhs and she manipulated me to gift her family which was around 2.5 lakhs including 50k i gave cash to her brother as he never returned. now almost after 1.5 years she put charges on me crpc 498A,323,504,506,34,313. I take this marriage as a fraud bcz she is only after my money. what should I do?

Get a lawyer immediately, because cases she registered against you is of criminal nature and she also included miscarriage as it seems so first of all get a lawyer to fight there allegations and file for divorce.

No, he cannot, It will be an offence under the Indian penal code and is punishable upto 3 years imprisonment for first offence and upto seven years for any subsequent offence and this is usually tried by a first class magistrate.

Q: Booked Hotel from Agency for Abroad when Reached it was Cancelled

We have booked a Hotel for 3 night stay from an agency for Barcelona trip they had sent us the voucher screenshot, Later we have asked them closer to the flight date for confirmation on mail they didn't replied. When we reached to hotel at Barcelona with our 10 month baby we get to know that the booking was cancelled. It was around 9.00 PM there and 12.00 in India so to no one I am able to contact with. We got so much panicked and harassed, So finally I did the hotel room booked by myself in double priceWe mailed the agent from there also we asked them to provide refund of all of stay, still after 15 days and so many calls, mails they are not responding positively. Could you please suggest how to proceed with this.

You can file a criminal case for criminal breach of trust. And you can file a suit in district consumer dispute redressal commission for refund as well as compensation for the trouble you have been through.
