Q: Default in delivery of goods by company

I work for a company in Oman ,in sales . We received an order for supply of electric cables based on a quote from a delhi based manufacturer .We paid an advance amount to the company .Promised delivery was by mid december 2016 in Oman . Last 3 months or so we have been chasing the company for delivery of ordered goods or return of advance paid . Now the end customer whom we have deliver has informed us that they are no longer willing to wait as these materials are required for their shut down in April 2017 The company who has to deliver the goods mostly dont answer the phone , respond to mails . They once in a while make some commitments and then once again go into no response kind of situation Hence I am thinking of filing a case against the manufacturer for recovery of advance on a personal level as my company will not fight the case Pls advise how to move forward

Q: What is the procedure for partition of property?

I dont have good relations with my in laws. They have 2 sons and I am married to the elder son. We live in a joint family and my husband does not want to move out due to financial issues. My in laws have 2 properties in their name valued at 1.7 crores. Is there a way I can have them give us our share so that we can live separately and peacefully.

Sir, I have been living in Delhi since birth. I belong from Tamil nadu. I belong from SC CASTE. No caste certificate has been made yet from any of the members in family. Please suggest me how to get a caste certificate. I read somewhere that I will require two govt. servants for witness. Should they be the same caste that I belong from?
