Q: Possibility of withdrawing the withdraw memo

we have filled a memo for case withdrawal and is recorded but judge has not signed yet. is it possible to withdraw the memo and continue the case.

I dont know whether you have filed the withdrawel application to just to withdraw tha suit or withdrawal of suit with the eliberty to file a fresh suit with same causeof action. If it is for the liberty to file fresh case then you must wait till the judge order. kindly be careful about the order because in certain application the judge will order for the withdrawel and he will not pass the order for filling fresh suit with same cause of action.. in certain case it is not required to withdrawel but you can file fresh case with same cause of action i.e compassionate groundsplease refer :-Raisa Sultana Begam v. Q: Extension of bus stop causing down of many small businesses

Hi , We are running a small hotel in old bus stand in our home town. The hotel belongs to corporation we take it for lease. Like our hotel there are more than 50 shops around old bus stand, yesterday we got notice that they are gonna extend the bus stand so we all have to vacate the shops within one or two months. If we vacate the shops we dont know where to go. By using which law we can avoid this situation, pls help us.

You can file a writ petition at your jurisdictional HC to stay the proceeding. However as you saidit is leased building unless seeing the proper documents it is tough to respond with a accurate answer

Q: Family members of ex girlfriend forcing me to marry her

I love one girl past 1 year, But one day i told her I have not married with you for my family circumstances. So please we are breakup our love. She is agree with me. But her family angry with me and going to Women Police station. The Police officer called me and advised me coming next year you have married the girl and wrote the white paper. The one year time is over.But I dont interest marry her. what can i do sir, please solve my problem

untill it is without any physical relationship then it is fine. You can lodge a complaint to the police to defence your state. The white paper signature in policde statiobn will not lead any effect unless you does not cheated the girl by having physical relationship. however if you did so...go ahed and marry the same girl. since it is confidential further more deep solution can be given on person

Q: How to get priority certificate from thasildar for the land

My father gave land for government project. Thasildar gave us one Bond saying we will be giving priority certificate those who completed graduate. We are almost trying more than 5 years to get priority certificate but the welfare officer is not rensponding. In this case what I have to do for getting priority certificate.. if they are not ready to give priority certificate shall I file a case to get the equivalent amount of the land?

In the case of self-acquired, the person is free to manage the property according to his own will. In the eyes of law no one has the right on the self acquired property i.e Even the son; during the lifetime of the acquirer and the same has been reported in supreme court High courts judgements. So any property which is self acquired by your father he can give it to anyone and may be to you according to his own will if so his Non-legal wedded wife and her children cannot claim or interupt in your dad' decision. You can verry well buy the property in your name using your dad's funds.

Q: Clarification on right of son over father's self earned property

Im A ,My dad's 1st wife(alive) son.DAD is in LIVE-IN relationship with a girl(2nd) WITHOUT MARRYING her LEGALLY and had 2children.My dad bought a property 10 years ago at his OWN self- earned fund in his name.Now he sold it and got the amount.Through that amount can dad get me(1st) a property in my name now?If it was buyingt in my name whether the 2nd ILLEGAL children has rights to share that property? Whether it is safe to buy that property in my wife's name? or else should not buy property using that amount ah? I need a clarrification pls.
