In 2022, my mother fought with a neighbour. I pulled my mother away and did not touch the other woman. The neighbour had a head cut; my mother had pain for days. Both sides went to a govt hospital and then police. Neighbour and parents both gave written complaints.After questioning Police told both parties to go home. Got A local politician's help he asked police not to escalate. No summons or contact since. I never physical went to p.s never talked to p.sCould an FIR exist against me?

Before i share my full story. It was few years ago, I was a minor at that time 15 male , i was walking in street 2 school bullies ( one open my t shirt and caught and hold my hand upward and a other guy took his phone and was recording me ) now it happened for a min, i barely managed to escape and ran away.
