Q: Is giving GPA destroys my right to property

Our ancestral property is held by my father's elder brother. He wants to execute a general power of attorney in his son's name. My father passed away 10 years ago. Now,if that GPA is executed,my right over my share of property remains same? Is my signature needed to execute this GPA? We are bound by Hindu Law.Property is in a rural area.

First of all, why should you execute GPA in favor of your cousin brother...? He can let out the property to someone for 50 or 80 years. What of he done so. Absolutely there is no problem by GPA to your share.

Q: Procedure for court marriage in india

Hii, This is Raghab,i want to marry my Girlfriend. Our both family members are not agreeing . So we want to marry very soon so which path is the good process.And one more thing i want to know what is the difference between court marriage and register marriage ?

Hai Raghab, there is no such court marriage, if you both attained age which prescribed for marriage, you can only go for register marriage. After registration you can inform jurisdictional police station and have due security against threat if any by both family,

Q: Receiving of Marriage certificate on wedding day

Respected Sir/ Mam, Im bhavya, staying in udupi district, have some questions regarding registration marriage process on my wedding day. Our date of marriage will be on August 19th which is sunday, and wanted to ask that is it possible to register and get the certificate on the wedding itself as per Marriage act(S)? My fiance is from hyderabad, at works in abroad, so he will not be here for many days, so confused about the process of getting the certificate as early as i can? is there any tatkal certificate options? the same day we will be travelling to hyderabad after the marriage, and i feel like its very hard to travel again to get the certificate then for the visa process it takes lot of time. please help me to find out how to get the marriage certificate without any hassle. The day is the sunday so we are much worried about things. Please help us to find a way to get this certificate easily. Thank you so much in advance for your valuable time and efforts for the replies.

Respect Sir / Madam, on the day of your marriage it will be Sunday so no Sub Registrar office is available to register your marriage. There is a solution to your query that you may prepone the registration of your marriage for one hour today before your marriage that is Friday or Saturday there the office will be available for you to register your marriage. On that day you can register your marriage by submitting our marriage invitation card and Aadhar card and other relevant documents also bringing your parents as witness for said registration.

Q: How to file complaint in case family is troubled by civilians.

Hi, there was this issue within families which we have resolved. But now we are being troubled by civilians and there will be a reason which they will find. And all this will be over cell phone only. We are not sure who is providing our cell info to civilians also. Some incident will happen and after that another person will be arranges this way its not stopping at all. These people will follow us were ever we go as well. It's know to everyone in our home town and even police had been coming around some time but when I go to station they refuse to say if any thing is there so. Let me know how to resolve these kind of problems

Respected Sir/Madam, Your query is incomplete, you had not mentioned what kind of trouble they are causing you. If they are annoying you over telephone then you can lodge complaint alleging offence of criminal intimidation before the jurisdictional police station. Or else I can lodge complaint before cyber police they will find out who's number that was and who are there annoying you and they will take action. If the person annoying you are known to you, they are annoying by coming up to your home then you can seek civil remedy by way of injunction.
