Q: Loan given to relative without agreement
We had give loan of Rs 10lacs to Mr X (7lacs through bank account & 3 lacs in cash) without agreement and after some months when we demanded our money back he says that he gave the money to Mr Y which is our close relative and he is not giving us back so what can we do legally to recover it either from Mr X or Mr Y?

you gave the loan to Mr X so you only receive your loan recovery to Mr X not to y. and the recovery of loan will be only for civil process so you can file civil suit case against Mr X. and you can also file one FIR against Mr X under saction 420 indian panal code.
Q: Which price will be considered for registry owner or government
If a X land is worth 40 lakhs according to govt and owner is selling it for 11 Lakhs. What is the actual process for registry? Do i Need to pay only registration fee for 40 lakhs or I need to pay 40 lakhs towards purchasing the land ?

You can pay elevan lack to purchasing the land for owner but stamp duty and registration fee will be calculated in government rate which is forty lack. And second you will face the problem in income tax department also.
Q: Remedy as cheque bounced and defaulter changed address
I have given 2.5lacs to a person who is garment shopkeeper and I helped in his bad times now he is not returning my money and also not answering my call.the problem is that he had closed his shop and shifted to another place and I don't have his house address.cheque has bounced two times.please help me what to do to get my money back please

first of all you have to search his address because without the perfect address the registered legal notice and court saman can not be serve him. but no doubt your matter is perfect and this is a suitable case for 138 NI act.

Yes you can buy the general category agricultural land in bastar district. But as per my knowledge SC is not a general category and buster is notified area so you should purchase the land with collector permission.

As per hindu law you can't do second marriage if your husband is live so first of all you have to get divorce then you can do second marriage. You can file divorce case against your husband on the basis of your above mention reason.
