Parents have passed away. Am the only offspring. Parents aadhar is of Mulund, Mumbai. Mother has passed away in Bangalore while father in Mumbai. May need to close incometax account/PAN. Have been told by CA(s), that with updated norms , I need a legalheir certificate at the level of district court. Is this correct ?
