Kya harijan act me jamanat hoti hai ki nahi aur usme maximam kitne saal ki saja hoti hai..jab mamla kewal marpeet ka ho?

Yadi usne(offender) keval maarpeet ki Hai to keval maamla IPC me aata Hai ,yadi usne maarpeet ke sath jaati suchak sabd ya gaali di kahe Hai,tab maamla sc/st act me aaega, Varna nahi. Maarpeet ke case me bail mil jati Hai,par sc/st act ke Kuch section me bail jaldi nahi milti.

Sir, I have completed engineering n I was working in office, I have bf n he is also working, when I told this to my parents, they make me stay at home, I want to do job n grow in lyf n Marry with my bf, we love each other n his family also accepted me but my family members are saying they will kill us n now they will never allow me to do job,, I want to live my life n make my career, what should I do now?? hello,first of all ,if you want to marry with your boyfriend you have to go aarya samaaj mandir for marriage ,after that they will provide marriage certificate.On the basis OF this certificate both will be registered in court.after the registration of court marriage,court will provide police protection for specific period.during this period onbady can touch you,if they( your mother father)will touch you they will go to gail.if you want to more information,you may ccontact me

Q: Tikona Broadband Not returning Money for Non working connectio

Hi, I started Using Tikona Broadband on 14 April 2017 and since i purchased it I had hardly used it for few hours. Every since first day it did not work properly. Below is my problem -Their Site engineer visited and activated my account saying site is feasible for connection and took payment of Rs 1440 and Told me to purchase router separately which costed my Rs 1110. - Since first day installation was done the internet went on and off and on second day it worked for couple of hours and then suddenly stopped working. - I followed up with Tikona on customer care and kept calling the sales person but they did not respond properly . - I started writing emails to their customer care and finally raised a complaint at tikona appellate authority and also registered a complain National consumer helpline and got a complaint Number. - I have been writing them emails and Finaly there customer care said the they will not return any money. Please advice how to proceed

FIRST of all,you should check term and conditions of your broadband service.if broadband was not working properly then you have to collect your necessary documents and you should approach the consumer forum of your district as soon as possible. the order of consumer forum is legally enforceable for the service provider and its process very easy to file the complaint thank you if you any problem you can contact me.

I am government employees. Meri Shadi ko 9 year ho gaye hain meri wife Mai aur mujhe Mai bahut tez jhagde hote hain. Woh koi baat maanti nahi hai aur din bar bs jhagde Na respect deti hai. Bar bar chhidne ki dhamki Dena. Jail bhejne ki dhamki Dena battamizi se baat Karna. Mai ab pareshan ho chuka hu. Mai ab ussey divorce chahata hu. Agr aisa nahi hua to Mai socied kar lunga.plz help me plz sir plz

aap suicide mat kariye isse solution nahi nikalta .pahele aap apni wife se kaho ki vo esa kyu karti hai? aur vo kya chahati hai? kya vo aapke saath rahena chahati hai ya nahi? yadi apko usse satisfactory answer nahi mile, tab aap divorce ki petition file karne ke baare me soch sakte hai. aap cruelty ke grounds par divorce le sakte hai. pls jaldbaazi me koi step mat lena. mai aapki har sambhav help karoonga. aap mujhse contact kar sakte hai. thankyou and takecare. har solution ka hal hota hai is duniya me.

Situatiuation yeh hai ki meih ek apni bachpan ki friend se saccha pyar karta hu,uski shaadi ko 9 saal ho gaye hai aur ek 8 saal ka baccha bhi h, uska husband use bahut maarta hai aur wo bahut pareshan rehti h,uske bhai papa behen ka bhi koi support nahi hai, Aise m wo mere saath apni jindagi bitana chahati h,meri bhi shaadi ho gayi hai aur mere upar b 498a ka case chal raha hai,kyoki mere relatives ne mujhe galat jageh fasa kar shaadi karwa di, aise meih mujhe kya karna chahiye jisse ki m us ladki ka sahara ban saku,kya use bhaga ke le jana sahi hoga,kyoki wo divorce ka case b nahi file kar sakti hai kyoki agar uske ghar m pata chal gaya to use wo log bahut torture karege Pata nahi sir/madam m apni baat aapko kitni acchi tareh se samjha paya hoga par pls agar koi solution ho to pls bata degiye m use air uske bacche ko lekar bahut pareshan rehta hu sir Thanks sir/madam

Aap dono aapas me shadi nahi kar sakte ho,bina talak[divorce] diye. rahi baat 498A section ki,jab tak uspar court ka decision nahi aajaata tab tak aap talaak nahi le sakte ho. pahele ya to aap 498a par apni patni se samjhota karo,aur baad me aap legal grounds par divorce petition file karo. saath me apki friend ko bhi apne pati se divorce lena hoga,tabhi aap dono ek doosre se shadi kar payenge,otherwise nahi. second marraige not allowed or void during first marraige. ok thank you.you can me.
