Q: Want to leave my wife and live with my love
I recently married under family pressure but i love my girlfriend which is my true love, we both cannot live without each other. My family and my wife knows about our relationship. Now I don't understand how fo leave my wife and start to live with my girl(after one year) I don't want to stay at my home all i am planning to run away from my home and start to live seperatly then after sometimes can i file divorce? I didn't made any sexual relation with my wife but i was sexually active while i was in relationships with my girlfriend for five years but after I marry I didn't make any sexual relationship with any of the girl. Please suggest me what hurdles come here or i can stuck in any legal/police case? Another reason to leaving my wife is i dont feel love for her i dont feel attractive to her. She is government servent but i have a private job. Please clear all my doubts.Main thing after run away from home can I stuck in poilce case or legal issue? Can my wife file a case on me?

First of all u made a mistake by this under pressure marriage. Now be brave and tell the truth to your wife and your family. After that if u both dont want to live together than go for a divorce petition.

My wife went to her parental home after 45 days of marriage, it's 2.5 months old marriage, financially my wife's family is very poor, they have given only few clothes to my wife in marriage. everything was clarified before marriage, now my mother in law is forcing my wife to stay with her, what i can assume is my mother in law is getting greedy and trying to take advantage of the law. we have asked my wife so many times to come back but my mother in law is not allowing her to come back, my mother in law is spreading so many fake stories to community, Now i don't want her come back, Pls guide me what and how i can be rid out of my wife and her family.

If u dont want that she come back than u can file a divorce petition under section 13 .No one can take advantage of law if u are right than law will help you.If u want to rid out than be first to take action and file a petition.
Q: Wife left abroad after marriage and not providing maintenance
Hello, i am a Hindu wife. Just wanted to know if a husband works n stays out of india and does not take his wife along with him and does not apply any visa and just leave her to matrimonial house for taking care of his mother....inspite of all this discussed before fixing marriage that wife would stay with husband only..... isnt it cruelty from husband. One more query is that if the wife wants to do a job and husband and in laws are not allowing to do the same, does she have a legal right to work after marriage. To tell u my matrimonial home is in a village and no job possibility is there, for work i will have to move to some other place. Please someone reply to my questions.

you didn't tell that you want to live in this marriage or going to leave. And you can file a petition under section 9 in hindu law to live with your husband. And u can also go for a job after marriage.
