Q: Fraud /scam in selling of property.

I buy a 100gaj plot from a property firm where he claims it was his property and paid half of the amount in cash and half by cheque .on the day of registry he said the property is of third party he will sign the registry paper . I believe him and get the property registered .Now the third party whose plot is ,he claims that he hasn't get the money so he will cancel the registry of plot .what should i do as my money is gone and what about the plot.

In this Case of fraud has been committed against you. You should urgently file a police complaint mentioning the entire Series of events in Case . The act committed by the other person amounts to fraud and cheating for which there are adequate remedy in the criminal law.

If you do not know that which is the relevant court to file the case I am sure that you have no knowledge of the law. You are advised to take legal advice from a good lawyer so that you can file a right kind of case it is important to mention that once you have filed the wrong case then you might lose the remedy or the right to further file it again or you might also end up losing the court fee so it will be a bigger loss for You

Q: Illegal possession since 2013 by very powerful man

मेरी दुकान में एक आदमी का 2013 से कब्जा है वो कब्जे में रहने के लिए कोर्ट में पूर्व मालिक के खिलाफ केस करके स्टे प्राप्त कर लिया है मैं अनजाने में 2015 में पूर्व मालिक से दुकान खरीद लिया था मुझे 2017 में मुकदमे की जानकारी हुई तब मेरे वकील ने मुझे भी उसी मुकदमे में प्रतिवादी बनाया और हमारा कब्जा दिखाकर कब्जाधारी की किरायेदारी तथा स्टे निरस्त कराया अभी हालही में वकील की मौत हो गई है अब कब्जा कैसे हटेगा क्योंकि किसी वकील के समझ में नहीं आ रहा है

Section 13(b) is filed in court by mutual consent ,after wife file section 164 against husband and his family , is section 164 is void or valid, if valid how can a husband can do to protect himself and his family

Once it is filled under Mutual consent hence it helps your case. Later on she converted into contested one makes her case weak. Although legally she is entitled to do so but you will have to make strategy accordingly.

Q: In which legal way can client contact prostitute & avail her services?

Though prostitution in India is not completely illegal, a number of related activities are illegal. In that case, prostitution is as good as being almost completely illegal because there is no method left for the client to contact the prostitute & vice-versa. If there is, then pls tell me that in which legal way can prostitution exist.If they mention that their services include only massage, dating etc. & If the client has sex with the call girl then that's personal, will they still be guilty?

Receiving this as a client is not illegal but she can trap you and you can be in trouble. So it's better to go to the places which are professional in this domain. She can trap you in a false criminal case and you will end up losing either your money or your reputation. So be careful while engaging in these activities.
