Q: In respect to the lekhpal wrong behaviour and poor service.

I was reach to my mother's village for preparing the report of my mother's caste which is compulsory to upload when applying to the caste certificate in up for a married lady.So this report prepared under lekhpal of my mother's village.After wasting my two days finally the lekhpal was meet me and told me to give him bribe(more money which is illegal) for doing this work...I was request and ready to him to do this work for taking less money.So he said that I do your work properly in 1-2 days...but there is 20 days passes but he not give any response.And when I call him he say that I was not take any documents of your's and immediately cut the call and not pick my call again....so what actions should i take against him.....please help me....

You can report the matter to the Tehsildar and get a complaint registered against him. You can also get an FIR registered against him on charges of corruption and bribery. Please preserve all documents related to the matter.

Q: Bought Laptop from Flipkart where they have falsely advertised

I have bought a Laptop from Flipkart and in it's description it said that they will provide me with 1 year of McAfee Live Safe antivirus subscription but what I have got is 1 month trial. Upon contacting them they were continuously stalling the matter for 11 days until today when they said that they will provide me with 300 rupees instead of 4999 which is the actual cost. I asked them to let me talk to their manager but no one has called! I have invested my 11 day worth of time contacting them, Lenovo (laptop company) and McAfee so that I could have my subscription. But I have got no response from either side. Can I file a case against them for this issue?

Yes you can very well file the case with the District Consumer forum. The new rules under the act prescribe for the liability of the e-commerce entity. You can start by sending a legal notice to the parties.

Q: Criminal Case Investigation By Police

If police notes down my name during a criminal investigation and ask me some questions after that they went away.What is noting down the name by police called,is that some kind of fir, will there be any problem for me.As I am a student and two years had gone since that incident but still I want to know?

There is no need to worry. Police investigation doesn't necessarily mean that there will be an FIR. And since 2 years have already been passed the case seems closed with respect to you. In some cases preliminary investigation doesn't convert into FIR.

Q: How to secure from wrong complaint by girl because everyone care about

I am 26 year old. I purposes to a girl in manner way she said 'no' . She is living in my colony. Sometimes we interact in same time and she think that i followed her. Sometimes me and my friends chilling out on tea stall. If she sudden came for tea and observing our conversation and sundden giving bad look to me. I am not stairs her, not follow, not trying to stop her,. My question is. Can she file complaint against me.??? This time i am feeling harassed

she cannot file any complaint unless there is an Express overt act done by yourself the offences which are most closely related to your act are given under section 354D of Indian Penal Code it is advisable that do not indulge in any act which might create an apprehension of any such act in her mind. Whenever she will have such apprehension, she has all the rights to file the FIR or complaint in this regard.
