Q: Anticipatory Bail violations by the Accused

I have filled an fir and the accused obtained anticipatory bail from sessions court. The Investigation is still pending since the last 10 months and the accused is violating the bail conditions. I would like to know where to approach to get the anticipatory bail cancelled

You can approach the public prosecutor and inform the same and then approach the court which has granted bail and file an application through public prosecutor for cancellation of bail in the same case.

Hello, so I have been in a relationship with a girl for about 7 years now, and want to be married. However, both of us belong to different religion, she is a Hindu and I'm a Christian. Both of us willfully want to have a religious ceremony in a church as well as apply for a special marriage act. So wanted to know the procedure and how to go forward with it.

Hi the basic criteria for a marriage is that the parties must be in a capacity to give free and full consent to the marriage. The age limit is 18 years for female and 21 for male and you can reach out to the marriage registration office for giving a notice regarding your marriage and call for objections if any and wait for 30 days and thereafter marriage can be solemnized before the marriage officer

Q: Partition Case Do You Have Permanent Injection Orders

Partition case.....permanent...injection...how...I need help already case will be filed in a court but lawyer says ..o injection orders

The Court can grant temporary injunction order restraining the defendants from alienating the property for which the balance of convenience should be in your favour i.e., you should be able to make out a case that it's a joint family property

Q: Can I extend my bail time limit

Sir 2019 fir has been lodged due to case filed by Santhosh for cheating them of 9 lakhs.. I have been returned 3 lakhs out of that and from past 8 months both party And police inspector harassing me to come and meet them.I applied for a bail and I got bail on 5/2/2021 saying to attend station befre IO within one month from tht date..today police sub inspector called me continuously and i called him back asking for reason of calling. He abused me and took my parents name and said in worst language.I requested him I come and attend within 2 days but he abused me .. feel like to suicide by his words.can I extend this for 15 days producing my medical treatment unde going???I have genuine reason of medical report

if there is genuine medical reason then u can approach court and seek extension of 15 days. You will have to produce all your medical reports and its better if you can produce a doctor certificate as well

Q: Samsung S10 prebook offer not availed after 7 weeks

Hi, I had prebooked samsung s10 along with which i was supposed to get a prebook offer to buy the buds at the price of INR3000 on 6th march. However, after repeated follow-ups, i have still not been to purchase the same. I have wasted continuous time and have even visited the store for the follow-up but in vain.I want to know it is possible to sue Samsung or the samsung store from where i bought the product and what are the expenses that will be incurred for the same?

Hi Apurva,If it was the offer like you have stated above and you were qualified to avail such offer then you can move the consumer court to direct samsung to give u the benefit of such offer. For such offers there are conditions applicable so we have to review those as well so please store properly the receipts and other documents to show that you are entitled to such offer and there is time limitation applicable to file such cases so you have to be quick in proceeding with the matter.
