Q: What steps against university if am rusticated not allowed give exams

On 5th nov policemen came inside the hostel and beaten one student they drag him and take away him. And there is irresponsible behaviour of warden staff and guards. When students ask to policemen why they arrested him they said he stolen a mobile. They beaten him very brutly so students ask warden u didn't involved u simply inform security guard to handover that student to security guard. After there were thoudands of students nd they raise the slogans we want saftey in that mass i was also present. And i am pursuing my b.tech 3rd year completed. And university rustricate me for upcoming 7 th sem (because of this my degree will extend nd also i am not eligible to sit in placement)nd re-appears in 6th sem nd also they cancelled my scholarship, If i have to complete my degree at a time i have to give exams of 6,7 sem along with 8th sem at 8th sem. What should i do please suggest me. They gave me a very tough punishment.

only solution is to file writ petition in the high court. there is no any other remedy available to you. even if you try any other solution, you'll not gonna succeed. don't waste your time on any other thing. just file the writ petition as soon as possible.

Q: What steps can be taken to recover amount from a debtor

I have given 5 lakks to a person by cheque , he has given back 2 Lakhs but refusing to give 3 Lakhs I do not have any written agreement police called him and he said that 250000 he has paid in cash to me but he did not 50000/- cheque he said I have not put , I have put the cheque but there was no money in his account. cheque was not dishoured by me . can you help here?

Yes, you can recover rest of amount of yours. If you have cheques issued by that person you can present in bank and bank will dishonour the cheques and you can easily recover your amount by way of filing complaint u/s 138 of NI Act, If you don't have cheques than you can recover the said amount by way of filing recovery suit in the civil courts.

Fatger uses very silly nd abusive language for me in front of all my neighbours as well as anybody..... My mistake is that I love a boy nd my fathr cant accept this relation.... He want to marry me where he likes...... I am very in problem..... I am getting tired by hearing abusive language.... Plzz help me.... Nobody is with me for help.... My mom was died..... Father is not good with me...... I want help..... Plzzz help.me......

Dear user,As per the law you are completely free to marry with the boy you want to marry, but the only condition is your age must be 18 or more than 18 years and the boy you wnated to marry must be 21 or more than 21 years.To marry with the partner is your constitutional right given under Constitution of India.If your father is not agree with your relation and you wanted to marry with the boy you want. You can marry with the boy by way of court marriage, and after getting marry you can get protection from the high court and the court will provide you police protection against your father or any other person who is against your marriage.Good luck
