Q: Father bought house by selling ancestor property now not giving share

My father got a house by partion from my grandfather My father sold that house in 2001 and built anew house from that money . I opose that but my father told me that I have equal share in New built house .so I signed that deal.we were living in that new built house since then.but now my fathe asking me to leave that house with my wife and two kids.do I have any right in that house..? I have some written document of my grandfather that he gave some money to buit this house

hello sir, you dont have any right on that house bcz your father got the money fron selling the property which he got from the partition between his family members..once partition is done tht property becomes a self acquired property..therefore in self acquired property till father is alive children has no right over tht property..
