Q: Name of seller erroneously spelt in sale deed

Matter of sale deed is written in hindi and Seller name is slightly misspelt Written AB in place of AA But in english name is correct Is there any problem in future

There is no problem due to misspelt of seller name in sale deed as per your query the name of seller is also written in English language .it is also note that in sale deed pan number and identification is also mentioning in affidavit with sale deed which all clearfy the mistake.



Q: Father died in Delhi but cremated in Bihar, death certificate location

My father passed away in government hospital in Delhi. Then we brought back his body to my native village in Bihar for Antima Sanskar. Now I having problems getting Death certificates as cremation ghat says they'll write place of death "as local town not Delhi " and Gram Sewak/Mukhiya also saying same or else asking me to go Delhi and contact the authorities there for death certificate. I have a Death Receipt stating admission date and date of death from hospital but not the death certificate from the hospital of Delhi. Do I have to go Delhi again? Or may get the certificate here in my town in Bihar?

You produce death receipt with affidavit showing place of death in Delhi and you can also produce cremation ghat the receipt of death issued by hospital and obtained certificate of cremation ,then apply for death certificate before local death registrar,

I am a bank officer.I have applied for Obc non creamy layer certificate. My father is a direct recruited as a clerk who has got promotion after the age of 50.his present annual income is above 9 lakhs from salary.no other income my mother is a housewife .am I eligible for Obc non creamy layer reservation I need any government notification regarding this because co has denied for the certificate

For non creamy layer certificate you to apply before local circle officer (anchal/tahsildar)as per state you belong who enquiry about annual family income then certificate will be issue with caste/cotegary declaring non creamy layer ,it is based on family income completly,income certificate will contain all sources of family
