You can get your merriage registered either at bride's place or groom's as per your convenience and preferance but registrar's office should not be unreasonably far from your city. Both parties to merriage will need to sign declaration in front of registrar and 2 witnesses.
Q: Insurance company denying claim of accident what action should we take
My father expired in an road accident by a school bus and I filed a case in motor vehicles act but now insurance company's lawyer is saying that insurance company is not liable to pay the amount of compensation because bus was not on permitted route. while bus driver made negligent and he was in wrong side. Please suggest what we can do?

Secondally if bus driver was negligent court will award your claim against driver and owner as per merits of the case. Don't bother, you will get your claim by driver/owner or by insurance company.
