Please reply sir my case is I have taken admission in sstc ssgi in 2018 in civil engineering branch. Then in 2020 I take a new admission in sstc ssgi in electrical engineering branch. When I ask ask the college for transfer certificate the say we will call you and 1 month later when I ask students section for transfer certificate for civil engineering they deny to give transfer certificate and say kuch nahi ho ga rehne do and not I am enrolled in two courses in civil and electrical engineering both . Now 1 year later when I ask csvtu regarding this matter they say this will cause trouble as enrollment in two degree is illegal so sir please suggest me what to do . The college is saying that you have to pay tution fees of civil engineering branch also of 4,5,6semester which is around 120000 and electrical engineering also . So sir can I fill a case in court for there negligence as they give admission in electrical engineering without transfer certificate and also demanding money for

definitely you can file case about this matter . first of all you should give notice to your college for negligence and not transferring your certificate. not any college recover double fees for same academic year.
