Q: procedure to get back the custody of my child
Religion- Hindu. In December 2020 i was blessed with a girl child and in the Feb 2021 my wife went to her father's home along with my daugher. there have been some issues between our relationship and we both tried hard to solve it but still some differences exist between us.In oct 2021 i went to my in laws home to take my wife and daughter back but my wife refused to come back with me. after that again i went to to her 2 times to take them back but again she did not come. now it has been 10 month since her departure, i tried hard to convince her but she is not understanding. when i asked to take back my daughter with me but she also refused to sent it with me. now i want to know the proper legal procdure to take back my child if my wife continuously refusing to come back to me. please help
