Q: Seniors were not considered for promotion in case of OTR

A junior got promotion after rendering minimum qualifying service as per relaxation under OTR, but his senior does not qualifies the said minimum qualifying service and did not got promotion. Then what to do. \n\nFurther that junior now has become senior in the promoted cadre.\n\nWhat to do now.

Where juniors who have completed their qualifying/eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying/eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying eligibility service.

Q: Actually, i had a single name in all my documents..i want to put my caste name there and also my fat

Actually, i had a single name in all my documents..i want to put my caste name there and also my father\'s name is incorrect in some documents ..kindly tell me the easiest way to do this..

If your all document have a single name & you want to add your caste with your name firstly You can correct your name in 10th certificate then other document correct this on the behalf of this Certificate. This is difficult bcz you want to correct all document. But if you correct your father name in incorrect Certificate you can move an application for correction with app. Fees to concerned Department and attach previous document , Id proof of ur father which shown correct name.

I got admission into mbbs by using a fake caste certificate produced by my father. I regret it now and don't want to use the certificate in future for my PG admission. Is there any way to stop using that fake certificate without getting cought? Can I apply as a general category student in future and not use that certificate?

Any person in any category can take admission as a General Category. He /she surrender their Reservation benefits automatically if they apply form as a General Category. After that u don't need Show ur caste Certificate.
