Q: Case listing in allahabad high court

I am a petioner and filed a writ petition in allahabad high court..Writ A regarding service matter..My case is displayed for admission in chief justice court , in online displayed board for 20 minutes duration...when i asked my lawyer he replied that nothing happened in my case and your case will be listed in next week automatically..but my question is that if both petioner and respndents advocates are not present in court then what is going on in court for 20 minutes in my case....

Premature Release (CrPC Sections 432, 433, 433A) – State can remit or commute sentences as per jail rules.Parole/Furlough – Available on medical or humanitarian grounds under prison rules.Bail (Humanitarian Grounds) – Supreme Court/High Court may grant bail considering age, health, and sentence served.

Q: About Independent witness in trapping cases

Respected Sir,In anti-corruption/vigilance trapping, is it mandatory to inform the DM of the concerned district before trapping or not?Should independent witnesses be taken from the concerned district only or can they be taken by DM of any other district also?Can this be a point for quashing FIR?

Informing DM Before Trap: Not legally mandatory under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, but some state vigilance rules may require it.Independent Witnesses: Preferably from the same district, but can be from elsewhere if credible. No strict legal bar.Quashing of FIR: FIR cannot be quashed solely on these grounds unless procedural lapses violate fundamental rights or cause prejudice to the accused.

dinank 22/11/2024 ko prarthni jeva khanam w/o farman ne ek report thana kotwali budaun mein darj karvayi.prarthini ke sath chedchad ka vishay tha lekin police ne ncr likh li .prarthini ke sas sasur ka mediccal bhi huya tha ..us ncr ke bad 174 (2) bnss mein megistrtate ka order pas ho gya vivechna ke lie ...order ke kuch time bad police ne moka naksha bana liya lekin abhiyukt ke virudh abhi tak koi karvayi nhi ho payi hai ..kripya suggest karein....

Agar police abhiyukt ke viruddh karvayi nahi kar rahi hai, toh aap in kadamon ko utha sakte hain:SHO ya Investigating Officer se puchhtach karein.SP/DIG ko likhit shikayat dein.156(3) CrPC ke tahat Magistrate ke samaksh prarthana patra dakhil karein.RTI dakhil karke janch ki pragati jaanne ka adhikar istemal karein.Mahila Aayog ya Human Rights Commission me shikayat darj karayein.High Court me Writ Petition dakhil karein agar police ab bhi dheelapan dikhaye.Jaldi action ke liye kanooni salah lekar kadam uthaayein.

Q: For the false FIR Quashing which is submitted in the Court

PS Medical College lodge an false FIR on the pressure of ladies under Section 78 BNSS but while investigation IO didn't get any proof related to that but in case dairy IO had done mistakes which is found by studying the case dairy briefly points to points. But I have some proof of that the IO had make wrong investigation and some videos to proof some papers are totally fake in case file which in submitted in court. Under which case type in which section I can prove that the FIR was lodge false?

Sir this can be a ground of quashing of FIR and moreover the IO can be summoned in court for proving the facts of the report. Moreover if what is stage of trial of the case… please do let us know about the facts of the case
