My party give me a cheque, but it bounced two times, how can I recover my money legally?

to recover your money you need to send legal notice to your party and thereafter you have to lodge complaint according to n.i. act. all these is to be done within the 45 days for the date of dishonour of cheque or else you can file money suit to make recovery of your amount if you only have proper documents.

you can seek defence under right of expression and have to prove that there is no any mens rea for the act you have done. if the minor state that there was was bad touch then you will have to face concequences for such.

Did pay any amount to them, if yes kindly set up ur mind that it it not that much possible to get your money back, you have be calm and keep patience, thereafter make an application before local ps, and it's highr authority and also before file informative petition before cjm/sdm. Also get prepare with replated call details, text, transaction details.File suit before civil court for recovery of amount and criminal case of fraud and cheating.

Q: Divorce petition and maintenance

I have been living separately in my parents since last one year due to my husband's ill behavior and mental harassment. He has not paid me in any maintenance during this period. We have a daughter of 3-years old who is staying with me. Is it possible to get maintenance from my husband now or till the divorce proceedings is complete? I am not working & have no income as such.

being an spouse you may claim maintaiance at any time before or after divorce. for yourself and for daughter too. if he fails to pay the amount of maintaiance, u may claim your rights over his property to recover your maintaiance amount
