If Husband puts application in 498a in High court for quashing and in next date if wife comes to court and she tells that she wants to withdraw the case then court will give more preference to quashing by husband or withdrawal by wife

After the case is withdrawn by wife then only you can ask the high court to pass necessary orders stating that after filing quashing petition case is withdrawn by complainant and produce evidence of the orders passed by lower court High court will pass necessary orders if she comes in court and tells then quashing is preferred

Q: Girls Father caught us intimate and filed a case

I met a girl on a dating app and decided to go on date and kissed. We decided to hookup and the father caught us intimate situation. The case was registered u/s BNS 74 but later at magistrate statement she added few things which added BNS 64. now we are going for quashing but worried about court fees

As long as the girl is major and is in your favour then there is no need of worry and the fir can be quashed during the charge by jmfc if her statement are against your the case can be defended during trial proving the facts of your relationship and mutual consent

Q: Illegally withholding internship completion certificate for fee recove

Can I file an fir for releasing my certificates from college as other remedy are not helping and only remedy is writ petitions. I need in urgent as I have to do registration with MMC and not able to job because of this certificate.

Hi, I am 21 year boy live in the City of palghar, my best friend is a 21 year old girl who is also my neighbour their parents beaten her because she just talked with me her parents go on work in day and come home at evening, her parents beaten her and harras her. She is crying in front of me and tell me what happened with her she tells me that she will commit suicide but i say her to do not attempt anything with her life. Please support me toh help her urgently

She needs to approach the nearest police station and ask for their help by filing written complaint so that the matter is resolved by the method of mediation. If they continue the police again then You may approach by filing petition under protection of women from domestic violence
