I was engaged For lease facilitation of a property. And I did complete the facilitation by getting client and closing the deal and had all communication on WhatsApp about certain fee and from the beginning he had wrong intent and did not allowed me to formalise it by any contract or invoice ever after repeatedly asking for one as I made 10 visits to his place during the process. And now when he received advances and property is in possession of the tenant the landlord is refusing any agreemement

Q: Police Verification Market not Clear

This is for my daughter. She is 18. Rest of the family got our renewed passport. My Daughters police verification is marked as not clear. Reason- Her Mothers name has Initials of her Father in Marksheet ( Sita A R Sharma ) and in daughters application is mentioned mothers name as Sita Sharma. I dont understand when passport office it self are okay - why is police doing this clerical work instead of criminal and citizenship check.

I called an advocate I found on Google to ask if he could take a specific case. Instead of answering, he recorded the call without consent, took my details, and dragged a 1-hour conversation. Now he’s demanding ₹10K for consultation, even though he’s 100 km away from Hyderabad. If I don't give him he is threating he will share the conversation to opposite party.
