I'm Anand, completed M.E. I got married on March, 2017. I belongs to SC and my wife belongs to FC. After 2 years only I aware of intercaste marriage job offer quota. I registered my intercaste marriage job registration in the Employment Office on September,2019. They said the time limit of registration within two years was not an issue. Now we are helpless. When will I get the job. Please assist me for the right path.

Q: How to get divorce certificate if husband deserted me 25 years back
I am hindu married woman,I lived with my husband only 40 days, he was deserted me at Thirutani Temple and gone away 25 years back, since his left i lived with my parents, some body told me I am eligible to get the pension after my mother but you will submit divorce certificate to govt officer, then only they will issue the pension, so i request you to kindly advise me is it possible or not and also the expenses and related docs pl. But I don't have marriage photo and marriage certificate pl.

what is age at time of marriage ? your husband live or not? YOU know your husband address? you are deserted from your husband more than two years no problem in you are getting divorce you have your husband photo? if your husband live you know your husband address you file divorce case in your town .

My brother wants to get divorced from his wife. His wife has gone out of country for onsite and will be back after 6-7 months, so can he file the divorce case now or he needs to wait till she returns?

your brother can file divorce case today itself no problem to file the case. His wife living india or any other country he no needs to wait till she return. you are not mentioned your brother,s date of marriage.
Q: Procedure for withdrawal of Divorce case and Domestic violence case
Am a married male person (Tamil Nadu). Due to some misunderstanding, I sent divorce notice to my wife. After that, My wife sent dowry case against me and to my members (my father and so on.) So, we had counselling for this and at the end, we agree to live each other after forget past. Now, the problem is, I asked my lawyer to withdraw my divorse case against my wife, but my lawyer told me (according to Law) that he can't withdraw divorse case now because my wife's dowry case has to withdraw before that. My wife's lawyer told (according to Law) that they can't cancel dowry case because I have to withdraw my divorse before that. It seems, deadlock both lawyers are not cancelling cases and telling others to withdraw their cases. Nothing is happening. Not sure who told right or wrong. Please suggest me what to do. what is next action as per legal. Myself and my wife wanted to live together as soon as possible. Thanks.

you and your wife live together today it self do not worry about both cases. you and your wife go to court and file compromise memo in the divorce case automatically case will be closed. and also go to magistrate court and file memo before the court mentioned that both are living together hence domestic violence case closed . do not waste time . first live together then go to court.wish you happy re marriage life.
