I was out with my friends at 3 am just 100 mts away from our house we all are neighbours and as there was no electricity so suddenly two cops came and they started questioning us and misbehaiving with us asking us to to come to ps and abusing us They both were drunk in the end they took our photographs So plesse tell me my rights and how can i sue them?

In this type of misbehaving immediately fir loge In senior police man as like suprendent of police and say but this type case you have proof videography and when you complained then requesting medical in misbehaving people

Q: How to get the divorce without proof of harassment

I belong to Hindu banya community and HV being married for two n half years.During marriage my in-laws took 8 lakhs rupees in cash but they utilize it for their personal use n took car on loan without our consent. Secondly my husband is their foster son which they didn't told us. There is no legal proof of his adoption.Thirdly throughout the tenure of two and half years my husband who is bank manager in gov bank along with my in-laws has given a great mental torture to me.I HV recently delivered baby by c section after which I HV become bed ridden for at least 10 days where my husband n inlaws inhuman behaviour is at height.I feel so depressed now that I no longer want to stay with him anymore.I HV no proofs with me for above things.kindly pl guide me as to what should I do in order to get divorce.Also iam non working so what is the criteria for alumini

in your case you want to divorce,but you says you have no any legal proof, but the divorce one base is curerty and its curerty any type mental or physical curerty,your case belong is mental curerty and its sutable ground to divorce.and you also fill thepetition in this ground,and when your husband torturing you so at first you fill the application in d.v act

In your case, because your marriage is not completed one year and there are required after one year marriage,when you want to leave with your husband you mai also fill now petition sec 09 Hindu marriage act then you also know your husband want to live with you or not till then your one year time is completed and you also want to fill the petition divorce

Q: How to recover money from friend when cheque bounced

My friend had borrowed 18 lacs frm me since my mother sold house for 35 lacs ..we gave him this amt at different times ..now its been more then 1.5 years.but he gave cheque of 18 lacs wch got bounced..policenot lodging FIR of 420 .plz guide how to procees .notice for same has already been sent. What should we do now?

In cheque bounce case some things is nessery as like which date made by cheque and second thing which date cheque bounced then you mai now gave him a notice then you mai now fill the petition judriction court

Q: What to do my friend was unable to pay the EMIs

my friend loan amount is 2.10 lac and he pay installment 9131 every month after loan installment date of 4 every month- he not pay 5 installment in 30 month and not pay interest 27000to bank. Q1- Bank issue his legal & criminal notice ? Q2- If he not received notice what he go to court in hiring ? Q3- after bank notice he pay some amount to bank then not need to present at bank ? Q-4 for 72000/- rupee bank issue him legal & criminal notice this not my harsement ?

In this case first situation is which work your lone amount,and second is which bank private or government,otherwise any lone amount if you don't pay the bank,the bank issue his legal notice and if you don't receive bank notice etc bank also notice your lone guranter,and bank also proceeding 82 process and recovered his lone amount,so you mai contact your bank and sattled lone.
