Dear Sir/Madam, I have filed a criminal case against a professional vehicle thief 8 years ago, now he want to compromise and disposed off that case. For your information, I have return got my lost vehicle from same person 6 year ago and i'm a govt. employee. Can I compromise and ask to court to dispose off that case or not?

U can't compromise as theft is an offence which is non- compoundable under section 320 of Criminal Procedure CodeU will have to appear before the court as witness & deny about the earlier statement made before the police

actually one of my friend ran away with a girl and marry to her. This happened in Delhi. i live in jaipur.He called me one or two times after this incident but he didn't tell me anything about this incident. After that i received call from delhi police. They are calling me again and again and are saying to come delhi for enquiry. I am feeling very afraid.can u provide me suggestion what should i do?

U should report it to nearest police station where u received such calls & to higher police officials such as Commissioner & also furnish such phone number from which u got such call & also disclose them everthing fairly U need not be afraid as u did nothing illegal
