Q: Query in Ongoing Mutual Divorce case

After the first motion, my wife executed a Release Deed, and I handed over the agreed belongings. For the second motion, they say my gold jewellery will be returned only after I consent before the judge. Is this legally safe? What safeguards can ensure its return before/along with my consent and DD payment? If they refuse, give different jewellery, or disappear after consent, what remedies do I have? Will the judge grant divorce despite such cheating?

​பொய் முகவரி கொடுத்து பெறப்பட்ட ஒருதலைப்பட்ச (Ex-parte) விவாகரத்து தீர்ப்பை ரத்து செய்ய Order 9 Rule 13 CPC-ன் கீழ் மனு தாக்கல் செய்யலாம். நீதிமன்றத்தை ஏமாற்றி பெறப்பட்ட தீர்ப்பு என்பதால் அதை ரத்து செய்ய அதிகாரம் உண்டு. இதன் மூலம் அந்த விவாகரத்து செல்லாததாகும். மேலும், முதல் திருமணம் சட்டப்படி அமலில் இருக்கும்போதே செய்த இரண்டாம் திருமணத்தை எதிர்த்தும், IPC 494-ன் கீழ் இருதார மணத்திற்கான வழக்குத் தொடரவும் சட்டத்தில் வழியுண்டு.

Will is attested by witness but all legal heirs are willing to sign in unregistered will document note will it be legal correct and if tomorrow in court of law it will be enough to proof it

Unregistered Will is legally valid in India under Section 63 of Indian Succession Act, provided it is signed by testators and two witnesses. Legal heirs’ NOC or consent signatures strengthen validity and prevent future disputes. However, in court, proof under Section 68 of Evidence Act requires examining at least one attesting witness to establish proper execution.

ஆம்,அவதூறாகப் பேசி மிரட்டும் பக்கத்து வீட்டுப் பெண் மீது BNS பிரிவுகள் 352, 356, 79-ன் கீழ் காவல் நிலையத்தில் புகார் அளிக்கலாம். பெண்ணின் கண்ணியத்தைக் குலைத்தல் மற்றும் அவதூறு பரப்புதல் தண்டனைக்குரிய குற்றமாகும்.
